Hi, i recently bought a motorola ming a1200 from india and bought it to canada. I cant seem to work the english letters on the phone. When i am texting or renaming some kind of folder i cant type any english letters at all. Also when i try to handwrite it it wont work. The numbers work fine

these are the keyboards it lets me choose when typing (touch screen btw)

Frenchboard
Turkishboard
numberpicker
handwriting
pinyinboard
zhuyinboard

they all work except the french and turkish ones (the only ones were there are english letters) Once again i can type numbers but no letters

Could you please let me know how to fix this or what to do.

Did you touch the top one of the three squares at the bottom of the page. The top is for letters...the second is for numbers...the third is for caps....Also in the bottom drop down make sure handwriting is selected....

well ok there 4 boxes wen i go to handwriting on the left

the only one i can even clik on is the a and even if thats on or off when i try to handwrite anything it just bring up the closest number to wat the writing looks like
