SD card HELP!!!

My phone is not recognizing any of the videos on my SD card. It has always played the videos that are on it. I was fooling around with SUPER and trying different bitrates to fix audio/video sync issues. I went to the kitchen, came back and my phone was OFF, and I didnt turn it off. When I rebooted it, it shows nothing in my flix - but going into system, then card memory, they show up. RAHHHH.

Over and over again, puting the card in - it didnt show anything under my_flix. Then I popped the card out while in my flix, it gave the screen message Im sure you all have seen at one point or another with the little graphic of the disc with a big X and said "card not inserted", I put the card in while this message was displayed and everything showed up. ODD, to say the least.
