I have the (now precious) Hiptop2 for Fido and I wanted to fix it up since the body is a little warn. I am looking for a place to find a replacement housing and possibly replacement glass for the screen. Anybody know where I can get either?

I don't know of anywhere that sells just the housings. You best bet would be to buy a broken SK2/HT2 with a good housing, then just do a swap. Also try craigslist.org for cheap SK2/HT2.

can you use a display model housing to replace the housing on the sk 3?

I don't think you can. The dummy housings are glued together and will most likely break when you pry it apart.
