Hey, i had just unlocked my razr v3 with the 0a.52 bootloader. well i was getting in my car and it fell into the snow so i picked it up and cleaned it off before the water got into the phone. a little later on i checked it and it was displaying a reminder i went to click out and it turned its self off. so i tried to turn it back on. no luck, i pulled the battery out and there was no red on the sticker so i wiggled the battery around and it turned on as did the bluetooth light and now the red end button doesnt work. anyone have the same problem or know how i can fix this? thanks.

Some of the snow either melted or got inside of the phone and is causing you to have those issues. Just because the indicator didn't turn red means nothing. There are dozens of other ways to find moisture damage. There are indicators inside of the phone, discoloration of coppers, discoloration of shields, corrosion, etc.
