W810i locks up my computer!!

Everytime I connect my W810i to my computer (XP, 64-bit) via the USB cable, my computer acts up. For instance, I cannot open up Disc2Phone. An hour glass will appear - as if the program is opening, but it never opens. Disc2Phone.exe is in my processes list, however. I try to open up Internet Explorer, and it too never opens! Almost nothing will work normal for me until I restart my computer. What a pain! Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I reinstalled PC Suite, Disc2Phone, and some drivers, but the problem remains. Please help, thanks!

On my old computer, plugging in the phone via USB would immediately crash the whole OS. Ever since I built a completely new one its been fine in the few times I've tried. I'd chalk it up to the fact that the W810 is detected as like 4 different devices in device manager (flash memory/modem/etc) and the vast amounts of hardware inconsistencies, differences, and bugs between different computers.

If you're not flashing firmware, I'd just invest in a bluetooth adapter.
