Is it just my phone? I have a 256MB or whatever transflash card. Now, I do have like 200 videos and 200 pictures and stuff. Is it suppose to be like that. What can I do to make it faster? It takes along time to load up the video and picture. A LONG time and its very annoying!

It sounds like you're giving the phone's processor a lot to sort through and index when you want it to read the card, which is why it is taking a while to read things. It's not so much the size of the files or anything, it's the quantity of files in the filesystem that the CPU has to index.

Remember, cellphone CPUs are much smaller and less powerful than your average desktop CPU. While the KX5's CPU is a tad more powerful than most because of having to process MP3 music and videos, it's still little more than 386-equivalent, really.

Aww so that means I will need start erasing some videos. Gosh, that's gonna take a long time to sort through!

I have my 512 mb card full.. 85 mp3s, over 100 pictures, 20 vidoes and I have never had any problems with it being slow...
