Razr V3c Locking Up and Vibrate Issues

I've had this black Razr from Cingular for about 7 months now. Its worked fine up until about a week ago. The first thing thats started acting up is when I put the phone on vibrate and hit one of the side volume keys, it beeps as if it were on a ringer. Also certain things that should be muted (like low battery notice) still make audible noises. I never had this problem up until a week ago. Secondly, the phone has been locking up more and more. It will go to a white screen but then just sorta reboot (skipping the moto/cingular intro). The phone has always done that occasionally but it got so bad last night that it was everytime I'd send a text and close the phone. The phone also just randomly goes to camera when I'll close it. I don't hit any keys or anything. The external display just flipps onto the camera mode.

I haven't done any mods to the phone except copying pics and mp3's from my powerbook over bluetooth.
