I have to vouche for the battery fix found in the previous post by mindfield. Without doing any battery drain testing i would have to say my battery life is now 100% better. How do i come up with that you say? Well before the procedure with my battery fully charged overnight, my battery would be almost completely drained by the end of my day (from 8am 'til 10pm) at 5% or less. Now that i have performed the battery fix procedure im at 47% and its 11pm as i type.

The first article was missing some information, so heres what i did...

- at the end of the day with the battery drained i connected my phone to the wall charger. make sure any self booting programs are disabled.

- remove battery and let sit for 1 minute.

- remove SIM and let sit for another minute.

- place battery back into phone without the SIM.

- leave the battery to charge overnight.

- in the morning remove the battery and replace SIM, reinstall battery.

thats it. now use the phone how you normally would.
