Hi I am posting this because I am running into some very
intermittent road blocks dealing with treo's and versamail

I work for a large company lots of different PDA's

a few defintely not all have been giving me some issues with versamail and Exchange

I run Exchange 2003 SP2 front end back end config

Before you start posting all your microsoft links please note

I have over 100 treo users that are working

There is one Sprint Treo, one cingular Treo and one fugged up all to hell
990i sony erricson phone

On the versamail side of things

If Versamail wont sync with exchange

PER PALM SUPPORT as of 12/18/06
If VersaMail is trying to synchronize over 1000 "objects" it will fail everytime

This is a limitation stated by PALM support

On one device i had to limit the synch to one day of email
headers only .... it worked but this time it isnt

that is palms fix to adjust the amount of data your trying to synch
but when that doesnt work then what

I read yesterday there is also a 12 folder inbox limitation on VersaMail

The jest of this post is I am obviously reaching out to see if anyone
is experiencing the AirSamState.c http 1.1 503 error with versasync on a treo

Palms web site for this error says there is a timeout between the server
like i said other people would not be working if it was on my end

My other versa mail users are working so it is not an exchange permissions
issue

it is a Sprint Treo device issue but is there some kind of verbose logging
or real troubleshooting to do with this application

any suggestions are welcome ...
