qwest picture mail log in problem...

don't know where the hell this question belongs so i thought i'd ask here...
I've been having problems logging into my picture mail account on qwests website. It says my log in or password is wrong. I did their option to send the password to my cell via text and it's the same password i'm entering... qwest told me i just have to rest the picture mail account from my security menu. I did that and when i go to send a picture message it's telling me to create another password. I did that and after a few minutes it says "error c1 please try again later" it's been doing that for over a week now. Does anyone know what the hell to do???
