Move contacts from motorola phone to Treo

Was just wondering if anyone know a way to transfer the address book on a Motorola V710 to palm desktop and/or my new treo 700p. I have the Motorole software which can export my old phones contacts as dbf or comma separated files but haven't found anything to convert those into palm address books.

Export you file to comma separated and then import to either the palm software or to Outlook then HotSync.
