Reorder icons under Start?

How do you do so? I tried searching, but didn;t find anything

You can't do it. It automatically puts the last apps you used in there in the order that you used them...

I suspect nimsu8 meant the first set, starting with Today... but I don't believe those can be changed either.
BTW, to Mike's point, there is at least something that will clear out the list of recent apps. It's called StartClean-something.

I was referring to the icons that appear after you click the Start button on the homepage. I was able to find a thread that allowed you to reorder some, but didn;t include the 3rd party app icons

Sounds like you found the information on the registry edit. Tweaks2k2 has the ability to do it for you also. In addition, you can make folders thru activesysnc explorer and put the applications into them and can access them from just one screen if you use few enough folders. The 3rd party program icons appear in order after the built-ins and another method is to rename the ones you want to appear with a number in front of the (e.g. 1Code Wallet). As they are sorted in alpha/numerical order, you can control which ones appear first.
