so anyway...
I just want to ask how much do u spend on a phone?
Do you ever wait for the price of the phone to drop, and how long do you usually wait?

well, the most expensive phone I got was for $600 CAD so I think that is the most I will pay for any phone.... well except maybe when the N95 comes out.

Thanks for any of your replies, I am just interested in how much people spend on buying cellphones.

Probably about $500 US, it just depends on the phone though. I usually wait until I know I can get the phone with a U.S. warranty.

Mine used to be $250 (unlocked and non carrier subsidized)....always got decent middle of the road phones.

This past December I decided to combine my cell phone and camera, and basically doubled that.....ended up with the N-73...

I used to be around the 150-250 with contract range on Rogers. Not, I prefer the unlocked unbranded route which i spend around the $400 dollar range. I'm still 16 so I'm alrite for now.

Depends on the phone, but if it's something that I can get with an American warranty, and it's relatively new and only a few people in my area have it, the sky may be the limit.

To date, I haven't spent more than $600 for a phone... that was back when I purchased the Treo 600 for Verizon, full retail, and "I just had to have it."
