Well Im not sure if its my USB bluetooth adapter thats restricting this or not (it shouldn't be) but anyways I recently bought a USB Bluetooth 2.0 Adapter around 2 months ago to be exact actually and I have been using it for my Nokia 6270, Moto V635 and pretty much any other phone that has bluetooth on it. Now with my S620, for some reason I can't send something from my PC to the device itself... the OBEX profile seems to be missing on my end. When I pair up with a new device I can select what profiles/services I want to be able to use with the device and OBEX wasn't an option in there either.

Anyways, does anybody have any suggestions as to what else I can do? I would really like a drag & drop solution so I can easily throw music, videos and pretty much anything else I want onto my S620 and I thought my USB BT adapter would be the best solution, maybe I was wrong?

make sure the beam option is checked (on), and try again.

yes, beam is no IrDA but Bluetooth on this device

Yeah I know that beam means BT hehe. I just gave up and used ActiveSync... didn't want to, but its ok works fine.
