Sprint CDM 120SP forgot unlock code

I have a Sprint CDM 120SP that I can't seem to remember the code to unlock it. I'm not talking about unlocking it to use other service providers, I'm talking about the unlock code just to be able to use the phone. Is there some other way to unlock this phone so I can use it again? I've tried leaving the battery out for a while, but other than that, I can't think of anything to do

Any help would be deeply appreciated, thanks in advance.

had you changed the unlock code or was it the default?

Yeah, I changed it. I tried all the things I think would be default, such as 0000,1111,1234,etc. I even tried the last four digits of the phone number, but nothing is working.

I got the phone working again. I had to take it to a Sprint repair center and they reprogrammed it. Thanks to all who tried to help.
