Cruiser cable

Hi,
I just broke my DC-60 cable and I need to buy a new one. I though that I would rather buy a Cruiser cable so I could flash my phone in an easier way than with the DC-60. But I wondered if the Cruiser could also be used to upload files on the phone (not filesystem only mp3, themes, etc.) just like the DC-60 is doing. I have a w600i. Thanks a lot!
