hey all, BBerry newb here.

every once in a while there will be a pop up on my handheld that says :

uncaught exception
java.lang.null.pointer exception

with an [ok] button

anyone ever had this? or have a solution to this?

if no one can answer, can you please let me know how i can do a hard reset (besides taking the battery out) or reformat my OS?
