please?help?Ringtone?Slider

ok im a real idoit when it comes to tricks and cool stuff on cell phones i was wondering if anybody know if there is a way to get a ringtone on the slider without a usb cable or internet on ur phone. i was wondering if anybody knew how to make like a voice memo a ringtone right on ur phone? nad also is it possible on the soho????

ok as i said in my first ost im one of the dumbest people when it come to phones please elaborate on how to do this and do i need the internet on the phone? thanks

nope just send a picture message and attach a sound to it
save the sound and then assign as a ringer
