Qtek 8500 - Help to connect to Fido WAP network

Can someone help me with the settings on a Qtek 8500 to connect to the Fido WAP network? I got a text message from Fido with the settings, but can't seem to co-ordinate the GPRS/Proxy & Internet connection seetings on the phone to get connected to the Internet (I am trying to get on the net to check my GMail)
