Look I just got it today and eveything was working great. when one of my friends called me and the ear piece sounded low then I noticed the sound was coming behind the phone like it was on speaker, But its not on speaker!

Does anyone know how to fix it?!

Well I just got it returned becuz I tried to flash it wit phone xs and it messed it up. I had to pay $60 to fix it. Plus when they sent me the phone back they didnt give it to me with my battery cover!

dang. Well just return it again i guess! Thats what i would do. Im in the process of totally de-cingularing my phone.

Sorry to hear about the speaker/service problems.

I'm about to buy a W810i also (from Amazon), and I've heard it's a good idea to 'de-Cingularize' in order to make the phone full-featured again.

Is that true?

Also, after the 181 day commitment, I'm planning on using the phone for my main cell phone (in order to keep my 18 year-old number and Nation 500 Rollover plan) by switching SIM cards/phone numbers. I think I may have to search these forums to see how easy that will be to do...
