Help... Problem with answering phone

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I currently using the Audiovox XV6700 and i've been having problems answering the call. For instance, when someone calls, I see an answer option on the left and ignore on the right. First I tried using the left soft key to answer and it drops the call. Next I tried hitting the green call button and it drops sometimes. Finally I got fed up and pulled out the stylus and hit the answer button and it drops. It doesn't happen frequently but it happens here and there which annoys me. My other problem, when I store ringtones on the memory card and using it as caller ID ringtone, the phone sometimes revert back to default. Anyone else having these problems or know a solution to fix it? Any help would be appreciated

Don't store such things on your storage card as it will likely cause the exact problem you're having. See some other threads in this forum regarding freezes, freezing, DSOD.

what do you suggest storing on the storage card and storing in the internal memory? Sucks though that there isn't much for the internal memory

Start with a recent post I made briefly explaining DSOD and some steps to take to prevent it

thanks for your help ajm but I don't really get much of DSOD but it could be a symptom of it since it causes me to drop the call when I try to answer it. I tried doing the

Bluetooth and SDCard Suspend Fix
Both Bluetooth and the SD Card are turned off when the unit suspends. This can cause a loss of Bluetooth connectivity if using a BT headset, or crash the system entirely if running an application from the SD card. To correct this, the following registry modifications tell the OS to put these devices on active low-power standby, allowing them to be used when needed:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Power\State\Suspend]
"btl1:"=dword:00000002
"dsk1:"=dword:00000002

off your sig but I can't seem to find
"btl1:"=dword:00000002
"dsk1:"=dword:00000002

all i see in the folder are
{98c5250d-.......etc}
(Default)
Flags

could it be located somewhere else?

It's just a bit deeper -- it's hiding in the {98c5250d-.......etc} you mentioned.

hm.... thats funny. When I click on the {98c5250d-.......etc} folder, all I see available is the (Default)................0x4 (4) String. Could it possible be hidden?
