Delete a no longer used email account icon?

I was demoing my bb to a customer and added his email to my bb just to show him that it would work. After, I deleted the account from my bb account. However, even though the account is deleted I still have an icon for that deleted account on my home screen.

How can I delete this? I know I can simply hide it but I will know its still there.

I take it, it's not in 'service books'? Also, look in modules, just in case...

navilyn's got the right idea. Go into your service books (Options->Advanced->Service books) and delete the account from there. After that, you should be good. May want to power off or do a hard reset just in case, but it should remove the icon and the account from your bb.

I deleted it from serivce book but its still there and I'm not sure where to look for modules.

Ok I got it, I took out the battery why the device was still on and powered it back on. After doing that the email folder was gone.
