They should be the same. Once we couldn't find the rebates to use in the store so we printed a bunch from the web. We didn't have any issues.

for the rebate visa card, can I use anywhere in the nation or cingular store only?
coz I have $250 rebate and get 5 cards which are very annoying if I am trying to shop online.

Use it anywhere visa is accepted. Says "debit" on it but acts like a charge card for spending purposes. Do not try to use a pin with it. Oh and they expire in 3 months or so too.

Yes I agree these cards are very annoying. A "rebate" that forces you to spend money is not a rebate. I took the money out of my pocket to buy and would like to put it back in my pocket, not have to run around and buy something. Buy you must though because the money is theirs if you don't!
