Are these online sites good to buy service from??

I want to upgrade my service to a family plan since my daughter is now getting older. I want to get 2 new phones and when I called Cingular (Who I have been with for 10 years) they quoted me pretty high prices.

I went to places like Cellular Choices, and LetsTalk on the web, and they both just totally blew away the prices Cingular offered.

Anyone have any feedback on these companies??

I've used letstalk.com, and I only have positive things to say about my experience with them. They shipped quickly, sent regular emails regarding my order status, etc. I ended up returning my phone (and in the event you do have to return, you'll have to send it back to them). They issued an RMA# without a hassle, no questions asked, and I received my money back promptly. I did have to call Customer Service twice, and for some reason, they kept thinking I was a t-mo customer, but the problem I had (I'd gotten a number that wasn't local) was really Alltel's fault. And after I got that straightened out, I did have to call Let's Talk to give them the new cell phone number.
