I'm looking to replace my RAZR and CD-MP3 player (bulky!) and thought that I should get a phone that can do both.

There are plenty of phone reviews out there but I can't seem to find information about my 1st requirement below so I want to see if someone here can help.

This is my requirements listed in order of priority:
1. I listen to plenty of MP3 Audiobooks so I would like to have bookmarking capabilities in the player so I can go back to where I stopped (because of call interrupt, stop manually, phone shutdown, etc.) If you ever listened to audiobooks using CD-MP3 player with 70+ minute files you might know why I have this as the first priority.

2. At least 4 hours of battery life when listening to MP3s.

3. Removable storage (Any format)

4. Decent camera with at least 1 MP resolution.

5. Price under $200 (but will accept recommendations of more expensive phones if that is what it takes to get what I need.)
