Just wondering about the Nokia 3595 and the Nokia 6010. I know that they're basically the same phone, but are faceplates interchangeable?

I recently purchased a used 3595 with a new never used extra face plate and two chargers for $2 in a garage sale. The extra face plates worked easily even though it didn't look like the buttons would match up. The chargers were also compatable. The 3595 was the first phone I unlocked using GSM Liberty's website:

I've been using motorola SLVR and RZR's for the last 2 years and I've decided to sell my SLVR and use my old 3595 (which I only used for 2 months when AT&T switched over to cingular in 2004) and I'm loving it! I unlocked it on the first try and it's just nice to have great reception and simple text and phone capabilties again. I think the phones now adays are over rated and too much eye candy. My friend got an LG chocolate and for the life of me it seems complicated on the first try when you use the phone.

Despite the good looks of recent Moto handsets it seems to me that Moto has yet to "get it" that the interface that they use is not at all user friendly. Nokia has been using the same basic design for years with little bits of change, but it seems that the design that they used has been proven and is pretty intuitive. I don't know why Moto has such a problem with bringing out an interface that is easy to use.
