Help with cingular 8525

Hi all you guys out there I just bought a cingular 8525 and I tried to unlock it, I did a down grade from 1.06 to 1.04 and I used the unlocker which I found from xda-developers the first on seem to go on but I am still only picking up one network, I live in barbados in the carribbean which has 3 becaus if do a search with my razr it picks up 3 but I am only seeing one can anyone help.

why do want to unlock by urself?
u can simply call Cingular and ask them to unlock it for you.
that was what I did on my all of three new phones.
so, you can call cingular, and tell them that u wanna travel to another country.
I told them I wanna back to china before chinese new year, so that REP is very nice to me and send me the unlock code.
