You guys get in new stock of the Blackjacks with the Standard + Extended Battery w/ Battery Cover in the box? We just got a shipment in and have already had a couple customers come in and try to exchange their blackjacks for the new ones lol. We tell em we have no clue what theyre talking about and tell em they still have 2 standard batts

Yeah, that honesty thing is soooo overrated. Those people have some nerve holding onto this idea that Cingular Reps are either clueless or just lying to them, huh?

They can buy the extended battery now, I know our store has them (it comes with the back cover).

You missed the point. If you can't do your job without lying to people, you're in the wrong line of work.

I supposed if I poked around I would find your name in threads where you can't understand why Reps are not trusted and you feel slighted by the customers. Thanks for reinforcing those stereotypes.

its alot easyer and less expensive to go into the phones menu and adjust the 3G signal speed- meaning the phone donest search for 3g as often
