XV6700 Arcsoft MMS Contact Issues

If I create an mms message, I can't, from within the mms composer, choose a contact. It works with sms, I type the first few letters of someone in my contacts, and their name comes up under autocomplete, with the number. To address an mms message, I must know the person's phone number, unless I go to "create new pix/flix" from the contacts app, having selected the contact, defeating the purpose of a contacts list, almost. I assume that I am not the only person having this problem, and that it is an Arcsoft MMS composer problem, since, having upgraded to beta AKU 3.3, and reinstalling MMS composer, I still have this problem. Anyone know of an alternative to Arcsoft, or some way to fix this? Can someone with a ppc-6700 (ppc6700) tell me if they have this problem as well?
