I have a sound on my computer I want to use as a ringtone.

My phone is an Audiovox 8900 and my service provider is US Cellular.

Does any one know how I can get the sound on my phone?

I do have a cable that connects to the phone and computer. It is used for taking pictures from the phone and putting them on the computer. I don't think I can take a picture from the computer and put it on the phone...
