Kyocera KX2 Sound Problem

Okay, Ive read through a bunch of the threads about the KX2 but haven't found anything to help me about this specific problem.
Something is wrong with my sound, when I go to the Media Gallery and "mouse" over the song/sound it wont preview/play the song. And (directly related I think) I cant hear music in my games: Tetris, Race 21.
Did I somehow disable the preview sound? Or is my phone just glitching?
All other sounds work fine, ringing, text message beeping, alarm, just the previews. Which is very inconvieniant seeing as I have to call my own phone with the set ringtone to preview it... Any help would be great!
Oh yeah, and on QPST I cant "Read From Phone" because I cant find my default service code... Im using a Cricket Koi...

BTW sounds dont work only when phone is swiveled open, and its only the ring tones, camera shutter sounds, and game sounds that dont work. Key beeps, voice recordings and the in call earpiece and speakerphone work. When closed all sounds work.

This started happening with mine about 6 months ago. Unfortunately its probably from friends of yours trying to close it as if it were a flip. My phone is now only audible at a 90 degree angle, unless i put it on speakerphone. And that only allows me to hear the person speaking. Any other sounds, ring tones, etc, i cant hear. And its only getting worse.

I cant hear mine in media saved sounds either. But really I don't care because if you go to settings - sounds - Ringer type you can preview all of them there. Really to save space I don't even keep anything in saved sounds. Again it seems redundant to keep rings in saved sounds because you can't hear them. Preview them in Ringer type

I have taken the phone apart before to replace screen cover, but did not see any bad connections or whjat might be causing the problem. I guess it must be a sensor in the swivel or something.
