Hi,

im running into some problems and could use some quick help,

i had a LG VX8300, i used Bitpim to get the contacts off my phone onto my computer,

now i have a Motorola Q and am trying to sync my contacts onto this new phone, i do know that Bitpim will not work for my phone so i am attempting to sync them threw outlook. so i have to transfer the contacts from bit pim into outlook, i used export and put it as a vcard but outlook will only load up one eventhough all of them are on the file. i tried exporting as a CSV but that is not supported by outlook.

please help me

I had the same problem...just take it to your local VZW retail store and they'll transfer it in 10 minutes.
