Touch Screen on 8125 not working!!! Help!!!

I've had this PPC for a month now, and the touch screen doesn't always work.
Is there sensitivity change I can make? Where/how? Anything else I can do?

This probably isnt it but do you have a screen protector on there. When I first put mine on it got wedged between the screen and the case. Caused it to press against the screen. That made it seem like the screen would not work.

I had mine for less than a year and had to eventually send it in for exchange by mail. I was scared I would get a ****ed up refurb but didn't luckily, got a brand new one. So that's the only option I had except for sending it in to HTC for a $170 charge to fix the screen. But exchance by mail was free and got a new one. good luck.
