p990 and HBH-DS970 issues, is there any

is there any known issues with the p990 and the bluetooth headset HBH-DS970
askin for a mate
couldnt get it to pair, reset the headset, got it to pair
listening to music, call came in and the headset is now stuck, lights on screen on but the buttons on it wont do anything
wont switch off, reset, wont do anything
anyone else had this problem

I have a P990i and never had an issue with it pairing. The only issue that I have with the HBH-DS970 is the sound quality when playing mp3 files. I am an audiophile and I encode all my mp3's at 192 kb/s and higher and the sound quality is alway very muffled when compared to using a wired set of headphones (very disappointing) 
, and it is not just on my P990i it is also on my M600i.
