How to show singer's name while playing music in 903SH

I converted mp3 files to m4A using iTunes and loaded into my 903SH. When I play the songs, the music player shows only the title of the song but not the artists name. How can I do that? Do I need to edit the mp3 files using some sort of editors?

No, the 903SH doesn't support ID tags from m4a files. It only supports tags for MP3 files.

and panasonic's software...
good thing it came with my phone..
but i don't really need the artist's name that much though..

SD-Audio for the 903 uses an encrypted version of MP3, which is why ID tags work with it.
