I ordered a Family plan off Amazon.com and got a sync for me and a w810i for my wife. THe wife won't give up the SE. Does anyone know if I can return the Sync at a Cingular store even if I bought it a t amazon? Will I have pay more? Anyone want to trade???

Once you go SE, You can never go back.

Ask Amazon.com for the exchange. I am sure you don't want to get charged $250 from Amazon.com for changing the phone on your account.

Amazon is lame... I had to return both phones and cancel service with Cingular. Lucily I never put the SIM card in, so it never registered with
Cingular. Kinda crazy.... I wonder if you could order 20 w810is at -$50/ea. and never activate the SIM, thus no Cingualr service contrcat?

Anyways... I returned the two phones and reordered 2 new 810s... also got free 2 day shipping and a $25 promotional discount for *****ing about Amazon's policies.

Now it's on to researching "free flashing" of the phone to get rid of the Cingy crap...
