In 99% of cases, renting a phone in this day and age is a bad deal....lots of unlocked gsm phones are available on ebay for prices ranging from $50 US...couple that with either a prepaid German sim or an international sim with free roaming (United Mobile, some Isle of Man sims, O9) and now you pay zilcho to receive calls and if receiving calls is all you do, send a text message on United Mobile once every 9 months and the credit will never expire. |
