It has been glitchy since day one, and I just didnt want to admit it. I don't feel like flashing it or updating software or anything when I can just XBM it in 10 minutes. The mp3 almost every time I start it and play a song will always stop the song and make this weird BUZZ sound? Also I heard that some are louder than others? I am not really satisfied with the volume at all, at first it was ok but that was still when I was in OMGNEWPHONEHIGH week..

Should I mess with XBM or will they let me swap the phone in the store since it is under my 30 days?

They will let me swap it for free in the store? Or will I have to go within the returning process and get money back and then buy this new one?

I just called the number and they let me exchange it.

Did I get a BS rep or is this true? I asked about the third strike policy, and she said it didn't apply. I told her politely that I had a friend who did about 4-5 exchanges on a RAZR and he got a different phone sent to him that was alike in features etc. She said that was only because motorola said they could and this doesnt apply to a sony ericsson, so they wouldn't be able to send me a different comparable model after they have sent me 3 defective phones..
