Help Please

Can any one point me in the right direction on finding the USB Drivers for my LG UX 245 US Cellular phone? The USB cable I got has the wrong drivers on it but the cable seems to be work due to the fact that it is charging the phone. But that doesn't mean that the pins are right I am guessing. I am also using Win XP. Any and all help is gratefully appreciated.
