um, what bonus?

Former ATT Wireless employees only got one last year because Cingular was fulfilling their obligation with the merger/buyout.

Cingular has never had a profit share like AWS.

ok, this isn't a profit share. if you don't know about it, you're probably not getting one.

the bonus is part of your overall compensation. this may be reserved for people classified as management.

at&t landline employees gets a yearly bonus, i doubt they will offer it to wireless.

Most management class employees within Cingular get a yearly bonus. The variables depend on your position.

An email at the end of the year that had a link to a free game download!!!

Oh and an E-card with a snow globe you could shake with your mouse!

What's funny is that we can dl games for free anyway.

this has nothing to do with at&t. it's part of the comp package from cingular.

exactly. i think P levels get 10%, M levels get 15%

bonuses are paid out on 3/9... there has been no word on what the bonuses will be this year so far... Bargained employees probably will not get one, but Non-Bargained get a bonus depending on their pay grade. p2=7%, p3=10%, m1=15% etc...

heard 3/9 also today and 120% of payout but nothing official.

bargained employees aren't eligible, there are number of other categories that do not qualify as well.

Actually that's not entirely accurate... a bonus is not in the union contract for bargained employees, but they can still get one. For the last few years the Network Bargained employees got a 5% bonus. This was kinda like a gift from Ed Reynolds, now that he is gone, who knows if they will get it this year.
