(Verizon Moto Krzr) Can you have delay Xseconds in speed dials?

Hi,

I just bought a brand new Moto Krzr Phone (for Verizon) after many years with my old phone. I want to replicate one of the speed dials I had on my old phone. It was to call my family out of the country.

You see, I need to dial my calling card number (858.555.1234) and then my calling card would know it was me calling (they had an auto-detect pin skip feature) and then it would tell me to enter the number of the person I wanted to call and I would dial (905.867.5309).

To save me lots of pressing keys, I stored this all as one long number that was assigned to a speed dial. On my phone I could store this as:

8585551234(1second_delay)(1second_delay)9058675309 .

I wanted to have a similar speed dial on my new phone but I just can't seem to find a similar functionality. Does it exist? I sure hope so as I've been using this method on my old phone since 2001. I'd hate to have to start typing all those numbers everytime I needed to call my family.

Please let me know if I've been too unclear or if there's any other details I can provide. I'm new to public forums so I'm not up to speed on etiquette.

Cheers

Do KRZRs accept the letter "p" as a pause?

I set my voicemail number to pause for my password before entering the # key .. so my phone number looks like:
*86p#

You can press and hold the "*" key until it turns to a "p", each "p" you input gives you 1 second pause.

or you can use the Wait: 8585551234W9058675309
It will dial the first numbers and wait for you to press the Ok button before sending the rest. If you are using a headset you can press the headset button to send the Wait numbers, or if the flip is closed you can press the same button that initiates the voicedail.
