Timer app

I've been looking for a while for an app where I can set a timer and have an audible alarm go off a set number of minutes later. I know I could effectively do the same thing with the built-in datebook, but for my purposes - making sure I get back to the parking meter in time, on a recurring basis throughout the day - using datebook is awkward at best.
Ideally, the app would allow me to tell it how many minutes from now I want the alarm to sound, and with the press of a button (i.e. softkey) let me restart the timer all over again (after I feed the meter). Obviously (or maybe not) the app would need to sound the alarm when suspended, or (less desirable) not suspend upon closing the flip. Having the alarm sound during a phone call would also be good, but I think I'm dreaming here.
Has anyone seen anything like this?
