what the hell is multiple exchange desk?
They said that I have too many exchanges on my account ???....I have razr and they kept sending me defective phones...so every time I thought it was not adequate - I asked them to send me a another phone - and now they said that if I need their yet another defective phone exchanged - I have to go through multiple exchange desk???...
What the hell is that?

They are probably going to suggest that they send you a different phone model.

What was wrong with your RAZR that you need to keep sending it back? Did you considering getting a different phone? You can ask warranty exchange for a different phone after 3 exchanges.

They also told me i had to many exchanges on my account, I had like 15 because the reps would send me RAZR's only! They give you different answers each time you did that. I also had a bunch of RAZR's because that's all the reps would send me, they didnt give me any other options even though I asked.. they kept sending me defective ones (one came with a blown out speaker) or they would just randomly tweak out like my other RAZR's did, so inspector your not alone.

As for the multiple exchange desk, I have no clue.

I'm surprised they wouldn't offer you a different phone. I didn't have any problems when I requested a different phone...

aaah...I just had to call for my dad's phone and again - transferred me to multiple exchange desk. The idiots are extremly rude and basically imply that you are stealing from them.
Granted I have gone through multiple exchanges but I am not going to accept a substandard product when it is exchanged under warranty.

My multiple exchanges were for the razrs they sent me - some of them had a visible damage/very poor RF/Hang ups etc. Funny cause the one that I purchased from the store worked beautifully. It was once that started acting funny I had to go through XBM and thye just tore me apart.
