ok i have tried to call tech support but the computer keeps saying that it can connect me to "a agent at this time" and i tried calling up to the store and going in but i guess everyone is dumb. i pay $5 a month for my metro web but i cant seem to get it to work. when i got it it worked fine but now all it keeps saying is "Network Unavailable. Retry Later". What is going on? is there something i could do to fix this? ive tried taking out the battery for a min but its not working. any ideas?
