Hi everyone!

I'm thinking of buying SX313 from a friend, but it has a little problem and I'm trying to figure out if I can fix it.

While using the menu, if you press the NO button at anytime, the phone freezes and none of the functions are working. You have to remove the battery to reset the phone.

Also when trying to access the SD card, it says "Please try again later". Card works fine on other phones and even other cards on this phone do the same thing. I was told I need to reinstall the operating system on the phone, which should resolve the problem.

I'm completely new to this whole thing and have never done anything like that before. I tried searching the forum before posting this, but I didn't find anything similar asked before. Plus, because I don't know the termins words like "flash" and "different cables" confused me.

Could anyone please help me resolve this problem?

imma tell you what aznboi tells everybody......flash it!! just get somebody to reflash it for you to the same firmware it has and it should resolve the issue, great person to ask would be timsta, hit him up at www.umobileco.com.

Is it something I do myself? I really can't afford shipping it around the world to get it fixed. I have the original USB cable that came with it. I have the CD as well, but I don't think it has firmware on it.
