a the title says, what phone has the BEST sound quality?

also these things are required, will help narrow down the search

qwerty KB (will take qwerty over other types but is optional)
bluetooth
outlook sync capability or at LEAST opp/obex/PIM/business card ex via bluetooth
must be cheap <$200 UNLOCKED,
MUST be GSM
Must work with Rogers in Canada

ive looked at the siemenns SK65, Nokia 6820, blackberry 7290

anyone else have any suggestions? this is for my brother and my GF, the both need new phones

currently my GF has a POS pink L6 phone, it sucks so bad, cant hear sh¡t, the mic cant pick up anything either

my brother has another work of art, the LG 325, locked down bluetooth stack, cant even VOICE DIAL VIA BLUETOOTH!!!, reception is a total waste of time. Bell (and telus) is now permanently Banned for releasing such crap.

i will still concider motorola as long as it doesnt suck as bad as the L6
i will concider a blackberry even if its locked down to only the bluetooth headset profile since the quality on a blackberry is good. (had the 8700, totally featureless and a complete rip off but the sound was really good!

things that ARE NOT important

Camera - my bro has a 7.1 MP camera, he doesnt need a crappy 1.3MP cmos POS, as does my GF(5MP), and i have one has well (4MP).

lots of flashing lights and shiny objects

games - my bro has Majongg on his DAP,
