i was just told about my area manager being moved, and we have a new area manager, and a new DOS..what is going on with this? anyone have any idea? is this specific to my market? (NYC)

I was told that it's common with Cingular to shift Managers every 2-3yrs or so.. depending on the ARSM. Maybe more frequently depending on market/store performance.

I rember the first manager "Shift" in our market... was told that it would be a frequent thing as they do that to prevent any "Cozieness" between empoyees and Management.

Yah Lundis our new ARSM is a woman that just got promoted from store manager, and the one we had now is going to be in manhattan.

I've been at a COR store for a few years and have had 3 different managers now. They do a rotation every year in a half or so
