i have tmobile dash, if it gets flashed to htc rom will i loose my imei or is there way to change imei, i had my samsugn fashed and my imei went to all zeroes and 1, anyway to get same effect on dash?

how could you loose your imei ?

it will keep what ever your IMEI after flashing!

read samsung t809 flash thread, when you update it to d820 firmware your imei resets to 00000000001, this is why i asked if it is possible to do the same for my dash

My 8525 imei stays after unlocking and flasshing. I know what you mean on the T809...That was my last phone. If you need to use it and no imei, just use an imei from an old phone you have laying around....the sim card is not imei dependent.

are you referring to the CID, rather than the IMEI?

Why would you want to flash your dash to another firmware?
