Good Screen Capture Program??? 8525

I have an 8525 and I was wondering what is eveeryone using for a free screen capture program? i dle'd one yesterday, but it sucks...im looking for something where I can just push a button no matter what program im in and do a screen capture. I also want to know where the files I capture go to and for them to save in jpg or gif form already if possible.
