Configuring MMS on Sharp 703shf

Hi

I want to know if anybody knows how to configure the mms (multimedia mesaging sevice) on the unlocked, Japanese version Sharp 703shf (my service provider is t-mobile usa). I try to send picture messages, but they won't send. Do I have to configure a proxy or something? When I go to Main menu>Messaging>Mail Settings>MMS Settings>MMS Accounts, the only option is to "Create New." When I click on that option, my options are "Profile Name," "Proxy," and "Relay Server URL." I don't know what a Profile name is or what it does, so I enter proxy, but it alerts me with this message: "No proxy registered. Enter proxy data." I don't know how to do that. It asks me for a Proxy Name, Proxy Address, Access Point, Home, Port Number (already on 80), Authentication type (default to HTTP-BASIC), User Name, and Password.

Does anyone know if this is the data I need to configure so that I can do MMS messaging such as picture messaging? If yes, how do I do so? Do I need to contact t-mobile technical support for certain information?

Additionally I would also like to know how I can enable my phone to access the internet and t-mobile's t-zones.

Thank you so much.
